Every KAZKA order is packed by hand in Tsawwassen, BC, and sent by Canada Post.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our towels and wraps touch your skin and hair, we can’t accept returns for hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right with an exchange. Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of the rest, including the shipping.
FAQ
What are KAZKA towels made of?
Ultra-fine microfibre. The hair towel wrap is 70% polyester and 30% polyamide; the large body towels are 80% polyester and 20% polyamide. Every piece is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.
How big are they?
The hair towel wrap is 20 × 40 in (51 × 102 cm), larger than most wraps, so it holds long, thick and curly hair. The white and grey body towels are 90 × 160 cm (35 × 63 in): full-body size.
Will the wrap work on long or curly hair?
Yes. That’s exactly why we made it bigger. The elastic loop holds it in place, so every strand stays wrapped while you get on with your morning.
What’s in the hair towel box?
Each hair towel wrap comes in its gift box with a KAZKA face wash mitt.
What’s in the Ritual Box?
The blush pink hair towel wrap with its face wash mitt, the pure white body towel and the stone grey pocket towel: your whole ritual, wrapped.
How do I care for my KAZKA towel?
Wash before first use. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry. No bleach, no fabric softener, no ironing and no dry cleaning. Softener coats the fibres and makes them less absorbent.
Where can I see KAZKA in person?
Our hair towel wraps are at every Suki’s salon across the Lower Mainland. Find a salon near you.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, for salons, spas and wellness studios. Get in touch and we’ll send our wholesale sheet.

KAZKA is a small, woman-owned business in British Columbia. We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and stay in touch, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
Your name, email, shipping and billing address and order details when you buy. Your email when you join the Kazka Circle newsletter or take the Ritual Quiz. Basic, anonymous site analytics.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, answer your messages and, if you’ve opted in, send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run our store and deliver your order, such as our website and checkout platform (Squarespace), payment processors and shipping carriers. Each uses it only for that purpose. We never see or store your full card number.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we’ll respond promptly.
