Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in new, unused condition.
Packaging must remain intact and unopened.
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

💡 Please note: Due to the hygienic nature of our microfiber products, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.

To start your return, please email us at kazka@kazkastore.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
